What is internal communication, what are employee media?
Employee media is often referred to as internal communication. But internal communication is more. Internal communication is the totality of all processes of communication among all employees within an organization. On the one hand, it is organizational and formally regulated, such as team meetings, individual discussions and company meetings. On the other hand, it is supplemented by informal communication, which takes place in the coffee kitchen, for example.
